I can't recommend these guys enough! I recently had an issue with my tub spout that wouldn’t turn off. After calling another plumber who quoted me $700-$1600 within just five minutes of looking at it, I decided to get a second opinion. As a first-time homeowner, I wanted to be sure. I remembered this company because of their bright, colorful trucks around town and gave them a call. They took the time to thoroughly investigate the problem and discovered it was something minor, fixing it for under $200. Their honesty and quality of service really stood out. The plumbers at Hyde Park saved the day. When the toilets backed up at our house our home warranty company sent a plumber out from a different company to “take care of it”. He wiggled a stick around our sewer line and let us know it was all better. It wasn’t. He came out again and gave it a good wiggle and declared it fixed again. It still wasn’t. After 3 days of not having use of our sewer line (toilets, showers, sinks) we gave up on the other plumber and started calling around. Since it was a weekend we weren’t having much luck. When I got in touch with Hyde Park, Jeff and his crew came out on their day off and replaced the entire sewer line without completely destroying our yard. Our house is old and roots had filled the line. I’m so thankful for their willingness to go above and beyond to get us back to being able to use our plumbing. ~ Greg T
I feel so taken care of by Hyde Park Plumbing and I know that they actually care about me and our house. Every time I have called them, I have received the same attention to detail, the same lack of anxiety-producing-panic that I have experienced from other providers, and the same calm and calculated way of approaching whatever the problem is and finding the best solution possible. They don't use hyperbole to try to up-sell anything and they genuinely enjoy doing work that they can be proud of.
